Our Story
Hugo Cardenas, owner of the Adriatico Restaurant, was raised in former Yugoslavia. When a teenager, Hugo lived in Bolivia for a few years, and then moved to Germany where he further embraced his love for Mediterranean cuisine. Hugo’s multifaceted upbringing helped him learn other languages.He speaks six languages, including Italian, German, and Spanish. While in Europe, Hugo traveled to countries surrounding the
Adriatic Sea, focused on finding his own voice in the kitchen. His favorite dishes include braised lamb shank, baked eggplant, and grilled Scampi, all included in the Adriatico Restaurant menu. General PoliciesDo you have a cork fee?
Yes. Our corkage fee is $25 per bottle. Bottles must not exceed 750 ml, cannot be items we sell on our menu, and are limited to one bottle per table.Do you have a cake fee?
No, we do not charge a cake fee. Simply hand cake to your server, who will keep it in our refrigerator until you’re ready to enjoy it. We’ll sing for your celebration and provide plates, spoons, and a knife for cutting.Do you allow animals?

We offer three preset event menus priced at $45, $65, and $85 per person, each including an appetizer, salad, entrée, and dessert. Alcohol and beverages are not included. Our event capacity is up to 90 guests.
